Product description
iglidur® bar stock J350

iglidur® J350 combines universally good wear resistance, flexibility and temperature resistance to make a very versatile iglidur® material with a wide range of applications.
Lubrication-free iglidur® bar stock enables you to freely design maintenance-free sliding elements and bearings of all kinds. The variety of iglidur® plain bearing materials ensures optimum matching of the bearing material with the best coefficients of friction and wear for the counter partner.
In addition to bar stock for our own processing, we also offer you the production of plain bearings, sliding elements and glide strips of any shape. We can even provide urgent prototypes in a matter of days in line with an agreed deadline.
Note: Our bar stock is manufactured with excess dimensions.

Material properties

  • Excellent coefficient of friction against steel
  • For continuous operating temperatures up to +180°C
  • For medium and high loads
  • Particularly well suited to rotational movement
Typical application areas
When to use it?
  • When a wear-resistant bearing for rotational movement with medium and high loads is required
  • When a cost-effective bearing is required for use at high temperatures
  • When press-fit up to +150°C is necessary
  • When high wear resistance is required at high loads
  • When the bearing is exposed to shocks and impacts
When not to use?
  • If permanent temperatures exceed +180°C iglidur® X
  • If low friction is required iglidur® J
  • When a cost-effective bearing with low friction is needed iglidur® D or iglidur® R
  • With high rotational speeds iglidur® J
